Delete your PingPing account
You can delete your PingPing account, and the data tied to it, in the app. If you can't use the app, you can ask us by email.
Delete it in the app
- Open PingPing and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Delete account.
- Read the list, then tap Delete account to confirm.
Your account is deleted right away, and you're signed out on every device. This can't be undone.
If you can't use the app
Email support.pingping@96studio.dev from the email address on your account. We may reply to confirm it's you. We then delete your account and its associated data within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your profile, username, and photo.
- Every photo you've posted.
- Your chats, including the messages the other person sees.
- Follows, followers, follow requests, and blocks.
- Your audience lists, widget picks, and frame choices.
- Your sign-in on every device.
What we keep
- Reports you sent about other accounts. They're kept without any link to your account.
- Reports other people sent about you. They're kept for safety and legal reasons, as the Privacy policy explains.
Your subscription
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription. If you have one, cancel it in Google Play first or billing continues.
